If you had been with us today at the Cherry Blossom Festival downtown then you would of thought this...
WHAT IS THAT? I mean...who actually puts their cat on a leash and walks it around the neighborhood? What a strange cat owner. Although, he or she seemed quite content being restrained and paraded throughout the crowd. It even made a new friend but I'm not so sure that they wanted to socialize.
