As it's been our tradition for the last few years, the entire family (Oma, Opa, brother, SIL, and nieces/nephew) headed out to a week of fun at VA Beach. It didn't disappoint! Austin had lots of fun and did well with all the people and noise at the house. He would frequently retreat to his room for quiet time which was pretty cool. A year ago he would have had a melt down or hit whoever was near him if he became over stimulated by the noise or people around him. PROGRESS! :)
This picture pretty much sums up how Austin feels about the beach. The second we would reach the walkway to the sand, he would take off running and not stop until he reached the ocean.

It was SO WINDY AND COLD this day but Austin refused to miss a day of fun at the beach!
